he finally shipped the ball i should have it on the 6th, so i will say he not a scammer but i would not do any further business with him and suggest everyone on here do the same. i will update when i get the box, who knows could be a box filled with rocks.

Sounds like he's another of those jackass kids that deal on here from time to time.  Probably spent the money you sent for shipping on something else and doesn't have the money to send it out to you.  Now he's just avoiding the situation.

DETECTIVE, SEND THIS MAN HIS BALL OR HIS MONEY. Since this deal was done on the internet and crosses state boundaries, HE CAN MAKE IT A FEDERAL FRAUD CASE IF HE WANTS TO.

Believe me ADAM, you don't want the FEDS on your butt over a $50 ball deal. Get the money from MOMMY and do the right thing. People like YOU make it harder for people like ME to make deals here.

TheDetective aka Hawkeye4Life aka Adam Newman got a bunch of us late in 2006. Supposedly had a bunch of balls at great prices, got money from a lot of us here, didn't have the balls. He needed money for some short-term reason. I did get a refund a few months later, but basically the BR community gave him an interest free loan. Moral of story:

Never deal with Adam Newman!

Its pretty obvious he is not very trustworthy or a stand up guy as many times as he has done this same thing to other users...

I just don't get why people do this kind of thing... Its not only against the law (stealing), but its just wrong..

I find it funny that he comes on & joins in on negative reviews of other members when he does the same thing.  Thedetctive is a fraud & should change his user name to ThePerpetrator.

Even if he is 6'5", a baseball bat to the knees would do wonders.

I'd call the authorities, it's been long enough, you've sent enough messages/warnings/etc to kill a horse AND a cow. If he hasn't gotten the point yet he should be completely and utterly screwed by the police.

Then his parents are liable.

I'm sure that would be a great dinner conversation with the folks.

Not necessarily...Most states allow minors to void contracts that they have entered into.

Adam Newman is 25 years old and should know how to conduct business.

Then yes, he could be in a heap of trouble with the law if he doesn't do the right thing here.
