he finally shipped the ball i should have it on the 6th, so i will say he not a scammer but i would not do any further business with him and suggest everyone on here do the same. i will update when i get the box, who knows could be a box filled with rocks.

Get a lawyer and nail him for fraud.  You could probably get like $1000 in the case and that can pay for like 10 bowling balls!  Stop letting the enemies win!

all for a 50 dollar loss.....you truly are an idiot, Necro

Wow, that's harsh.  Necro you do have one of the nicest profile layouts I have ever seen on here if that is worth anything.

This guy must be doing pretty good at scamming people.  I Googled his address and he lives here.  Looks like a nice place.

Hey Truckstoy, this doesnt't make abit of difference to your situation but what ball did you send him the $$ for? I saw his post right after he put it up and almost bought a couple balls from him. Just curious and good luck one way or the other.

Bought a Hy-Road from him. There were a couple problems that he blamed UPS for. He said the ball was in excellent condition but it did have a pretty big chip outside of the track. It also had vacu-grips even though he didn't mention that. He had good communication via e-mail.

That HyRoad was the ball I just about bought. Now I'm glad he didn't take the deal I offered.

It wasn't the smoothest deal, but overall it was decent. I accidentally sent him the money for the Hy-Road with the wrong card, I told him, and he instantly refunded me the money. That was a positive in the deal.

Simple man let me introduce you to my theory of Kamikaze Economics.  Now it happens everywhere in business even though the mere mortal is not aware of its existence.  Perfect example is McDonalds.  You have them everywhere.  Sometimes you might wonder why the hell they got one on one block and just down the road less than a mile, another.  Well it is to destroy the competition AT ALL COSTS.

There are other big businesses that will do the same (i.e. gas station companies).  They are willing to take losses at various places, even huge losses, if they can prevent others from growing or even competing.

So you got some dummy on this site scamming us all.  Yeah to him $50 ain't nothing and he has no fear of you because you feel the same.  Well flip the script like I always do in life (I shock people in real life all the time - actually fired someone that worked for me AFTER scheduling a meeting in February LOL), and take the idiot to court.

Sure you will pay fees and may take a hit.  But HE WILL TOO.  If you can suffer a few hundred dollars in the red overall to make the other guy DEEP in his OWN red, then you have acheived Kamikaze Economics - one of my great theories of business to date.

You can use your small court judgements for toilet paper, I have 10k of these worthless judgements from my former business. I might as well dig them out of my mini storage and wipe my azz with them.
