I just wanted to post a note about this transaction...

Gentleman purchased a Uprising Xout from us. Shipped promptly.
He opened the box and found the ball to be split around the ball.
In the process of handling the situation. He has been more then
understanding. I just wanted to say thank you for such understanding
and a prompt transaction with excellent communication.

Joe deserves some props here, as well. He returned my communication/messages in a timely manner and was there every step of the way while a resolution was being obtained via Track customer service.
