Columbia 300 Messenger (2019)

LANE CONDITION

I hear this is a re-introduction, but I didn't bowl for 16 years, so this is new to me. I drilled up a Columbia 300 Messenger over the weekend. I practiced on a THS and compared it to my benchmark ball, the Track Triton Elite. I started 10 & 5 right of the Triton Elite but had to close that gap quickly down to about 6 & 3 faster than the Triton. The Messenger has a low RG so the hook potential is small, but the cover stock still helps this ball to cover some boards and hit hard. I would say it is a little stronger than my Tundra with a harder angle through the pins. Nice addition.

Likes:  I like how this ball gets down lane before it reads. Should work well on burned or light oiled lanes.
