COMMENTS


Likes: the smooth arc is super controllable, will snap very hard with enough speed and side roll


Dislikes: checks up just a bit early OOB condition , dryer condition flirts with rollout, but this is an oil ball after all!

Just got my Outbust 16lbs ball.  Have a Burst 15 and I really like and and was hoping a little heavier, more agressive ball would hook more.  It does hook a little more for me - a definate stroker and finishes very nice like the Burst.  Would recommend this ball - I've only thrown a few practice games with it, but I'm liking it so far.  Friday league will be the test...

I have had the Outburst for awhile now, and am really impressed with it.  I would recommend it to anyone.  It works great with a lot of different styles, and it is a great price!

Likes:see my previous posts, great control ball, strong


Dislikes: not as strong in oil as I expected, but just finished it with rough scuff (motive) then Motive gel polish, I'd tried that before, but over did the ball speed and was disappointed. This time I controlled the ball speed better and used this finish to throw straight down the 6 board and in. As I stated above, the oil pattern is 7-7 so sending it down 6 allowed it to snug up to the oil line and then break very firmly into the pocket off the dry boards. It can still (even polished like a gemstone) check up a little early, but that's easily controlled by moving inside just a few boards and catching a bit more oil. You just get the feeling that you could line up and strike all day long this way... just another option with a very versatile ball. Tried it with this new finish last night on a no oil, after all day of open bowling shot, this ball does run out of steam at some point (35-12 out to 4 board and back) but with the speed necessary to clear the fronts and the polishes help there's enough entry angle and momentum to make a hook/set work well this way, tried a Tropical pearl on same shot and had too much continuation to make it playable,   control squared (the Outburst)
