Throttle/R and other Good Columbia stuff
« on: March 15, 2005, 05:30:24 PM »
All of a sudden most of my bag seems to be Columbia!
(except for my El Nino Wrath).

For almost heavy oil I've been using an Icon 2!
Then my Hyde.

My Number 1 go to ball is right now my Panic.
All of a sudden I've been throwing a Throttle/R and really lovin it's strong move.

It seems when it is on like it was today to really impress.  As stated in many reviews it is a strong skid slurve to the pocket.  If I leave slow it is skid flippy.  But a small increase in speed seems to really get this balls motor purren.  A local stud was throwing 800 after 800 last year with a Wired and this Throttle/r.  He is high speed and high rev and seems to have unlimited area with both!

You see when this ball reaches it's critical mass(ie speed of 16 mph at the pin deck the flip it now has when slow(getting stronger) smooths out to the pretties area holding slurve that it just creates so much carry for this pearl!

Those watching just LOVED it's look!  The entry angle seems to not flip but to almost go straight at end but what ear crunching carry!
