Pro's and Cons please. I have a chance of getting one really cheap, and I just wanted to get some of the insightful information that people on this site can give. All opinions are welcome. Thanks.

I really liked the ball.  For me, I needed to sand the surface to 2000 grit and polish to be able to throw it on our league shot.  Anything stronger than 2k polished just hooked way too early/too much.  Even polished, the ball is very early rolling and smooth on the backend.  If you can get one at a reasonable price, I don't think you can really go wrong.

The biggest con since I have thrown it is that it really needs oil to perform at its best,

The biggest pro; is that it loves oil.

i'll echo what these guys have said...

Pro-One of the best oilers on the market, a very heavy rolling predictable motion

Con-With any oiler, it NEEDS oil!

I have to echo the sentiments shared here, this ball has a strong predictable motion, but needs oil to perform at it's best.  I took mine up to 2000 abralon (no polish) and am using it as a heavy oil THS ball at the moment.  When my Momentum and Rival just slide, it's time for the Resurgence.

My con is that it was really clean through the heads and in the mids and has a huge backend. I had to slow it down in oil to get it to pic up. It is pin under the bridge w/ cg at 54 degrees. When there is friction at the end of the pattern i was crushing pins all night long.

I have to agree this ball loves oil. My biggest con on the ball is that I hardly ever get to use it unless the shot in my pba experience league calls for a slicker conditon or I go out of town. Just not enough oil in my area for it

Mine also works great when they forget to strip the backends and just oil the fronts.  Pretty much ignores carrydown.
