New Jinx Video
« on: May 24, 2006, 07:43:42 PM »
I had time to practice a bit today and put together a video of the new Jinx.

I drilled this ball to handle some of the broken down Regional conditions we hit from time to time. This ball clears the heads easily, provides a little bit of midlane and then stands up on the backends giving me a controlled hook. The layout I chose causes the ball to lay off a bit on the backend, which is fine for what I drilled it for.

Hey Major Action nice video, I should have my Jinx today or tomorrow. The ball seems to have a descent amount of movement to it. What was the condtion of the lanes. It looks like 8-10 out was dry and the backends are fairly strong. Also did you come out of the ball wrong when left the 8 pin. The ball seemed to jump to the right when it hit the pocket. Also how does this ball compare to the U-Turn Pearl. Again thanks for the video it has help me a lot.....

Nice video sir, the ball looks real good.  Hopefully it will lead to some big scores at Tour Trials, good luck to you out there.

Saw, they are Twelve Strike scoring units, as far as I know they only exist on the West Coast. Nice little feature to be able to view last pinfall.

BigC, the conditions are pretty soft here, just hard to carry at times. The track area is usually the breakpoint I use since outside of that is usually OOB. The backends are generally strong here, but I'm sure the Jinx could have much more backend if I had drilled it stonger.
