TCS = Texture Control System

I thought it was 3000... but it turns out it is 4000.  Had to track the info down on an eBay auction of all places.

The ball that is 3000 is the Action Attack, the Big Shot is 4000.

Columbia and Track used 3000 Grit on the Action Attack, and Power Machine. Then the Big Shot came along using their new TCS 4000 Grit finish. Again someone correct me if im wrong, but im pretty sure that's how it went.
