I just got an NIB C300 Cuda C Pearl off Ebay. Anyone know difference in the color of the Pins? This one has a white pin. I have also seen a yellow and pink pin. Thank you
-
From what I understand, pink pin is the original Cuda/C pearl, yellow pin is the Super Cuda/C. White pin "might" be Cuda/C solid?
What is the finish/surface on the ball?
-
It is a cuda/c Pearl. Just have not seen one with a white pin. I have seen the pink pin and a yellow engraving with yellow pin.

Might be the remake Columbia did around 2006 prior to Ebonite purchasing the company. Is the usbc stamp below the serial number? If so it’s the remake because the usbc did not exist when the Cudas were made during the 90s.

I have not received the ball yet, but from the pics no USBC logo that I see... Also anyone remember the max depth on the holes?

Maybe oversease? Thank you everyone for the input. I had found the Pink pin and the Yellow pin. Sr# is 5z05369 so this is a 1995 ball correct ?

It is the pink pin. Looked white in photo. Next question to drill or not? If yes what layout? Pin is 2" . Thank you
-
tloy, the cuda's went long. Plan your drill off this. Be sure your PSO knows about the ceramic core. Drill bits don't like the ceramic core.

Bullred,
Yes I had one in the day, drilled Label leverage. Pin Beside ring and cg in palm. Loved the reaction. Still on the fence as to drilling or not... This is such a great ball. Used a Tour Boss pearl last night in league. I forgot how hard these balls hit.... :) Would love to see some of the modern covers with this kind of core, especially with the thick cover :) Thank you

The 900Global Inception DCT is a modern take on the ceramic core technology. Ceramic nugget in an asymmetric core and modern coverstock.
