What's the real difference between these two balls? Their specs. are very similar except that one has "300" reactive and one has "300" reactive +. Same surface prep. and same RG for 15 lb. balls.

The Arch Rival has a much higher differential, thus it is much less rolly than the rival. Though they both hook almost the same amount of total boards, although I believe the arch rival got a few more total according to BTM, the rival is very even as the arch rival saves a large portion of it's hook for the backend.

In short Rival differential .040 Arch Rival differential .056
Arch Rival makes a much bigger backend move, is more angular.

"Except for the coverstock"?

Ever hear the phrase Coverstock is 70% of the ball's reaction?

From the videos I have seen AND ONLY FROM THE VIDEOS on Buddies and on VideoBallReviews.com, the Arch Rival seems to go longer and hook more in the backend AND handle slightly more oil overall. The BTM review seems ot indicate that also.
