Question for you long time Bowlers Journal subscribers - did they ever do a review on the Reaction Rip? Would have been around October to December 2001 time frame. Sure would like to know the numbers they came up with.

Don't you mean Bowling This Month (BTM)?

One advantage of bowling over golf
is that you seldom lose the ball.

Bowling This Month reviewed the RIP in November of 2001. RG 3.3, Diff/Flare 8.3 Torque 5.5, Length 6.0, Back End 12.5, Total Hook 18.0 .

I think Randy meant BJI (Bowler's Journal International) magazine in which the ball reviews are done by Mike Riggins. There are more bowlers that subscribe to BTM than BJI so maybe people are not that familiar with BJI. I, for one, am a BTM subscriber.

I meant BJI. I have the BTM issue that rates it. I was wondering about BJI because the reviews vary somewhat.

Looking at my old, "Year round issue" 2002, it has the following. Box Lane Cond. Med-Light, Cover stock aggressiveness 77, Cover stock versality 74, Core design 2C, Core versality 79, Overall hook 81 .

Thanks. That's what I was looking for.
