Title: Drilled a Burst for a customer
Post by: agroves on June 12, 2010, 10:49:32 AM
The shelf appeal on this ball is fantastic.  It is a real looker, love the colors!

Layout:

65 x 3 3/4 x 30

We drilled this to compliment his Total Bedlam, which is 60 x 3 x 30.

The Burst is three boards right on the lane with a much more noticeable backend motion.  It isn't jerky for him, as he has fairly low tilt and low axis rotation.  But, off the end of the pattern, it makes a nice move with excellent hit and carry.

The polished cover gives him a nice push thru the front with a good midlane read.  I think the Burst will be the Freeze of 2009, excellent value with high hook potential.
