Billy Ray--Not to be antagonistic here but what if these balls have the same problems as in the past?  I realize you are getting a heck of a price but what if you do get cracking or another QA type problem?   Are you and Columbia standing behind them?  Just wondering.

BTW--seems like a great deal.

I again repeat that we have had no issues with EPX t1's cracking after drilling and certainly none during drilling.

You need sharp bits, take your time drilling them and bevel the holes after drilling before installing thumb slugs and inserts.

I got one of these and it looked just like a 1st quality. After 3 games or so of practicing with the ball, half the ball turned BLACK and was WET. I cleaned the ball a couple times and this spot turned lighter but after 2 or 3 shots it keeps getting all wet and is all black and the ball stops reacting. Out of the box it was rolling fantastic and really hooking alot. Now it barely moves.

Try the warm water soak trick - where you put the ball in warm tap water (like 110 degrees, or warm to the touch).  Bleed the oil out and try again, you may have to do this more than once.  Honestly works wonders....

We have sold a bunch and nobody feels that way...maybe its the bowler and not the ball. Like every other ball too.

When I first threw this ball I did not care for it. Then I decided to use the ball like I would a solid particle. I threw it up the boards on fresh so the ball does not over read the back. Does very well for that. However, mine cracked too like others have experienced because it was one of the first batch of balls that went to vip shops.
