Comparing the Eruption Pro withthe Violent Eruption

Just wondering how these two balls compare.  Would they be too close to have both?

First thing is one is the E-pro is a solid cover where as the Violent is a pearl cover.  For me the Violent Eruption really needed dry to start its hook phase where as the E-pro I can play a little deeper due to the solid cover.  The other difference that I have noticed is the E-pro does not have a over/under reaction where as the Violent did for me.
