Title: Eruption Pro hybrid
Post by: JamminJD on June 30, 2015, 07:06:42 AM
Has anyone thrown the EPH on shorter sport or PBA patterns, like cheetah or wolf ect.. Would be interesting to see if anybody has and how well or not well you did.

it should work...it has the right core numbers. i think if you bring the surface up and put the pin down it should work just fine. i will be trying my black eruption pro on sydney 33' this week and well see what happens. the hybrid might end up being more of a transition ball on short rather than fresh depending on the surface

Yeah this is what I thought as well, maybe 3000 abralon on the EPH and it might match up with the right drilling of course.

I have, its my go to piece for the flatter, more difficult patterns
i have the pin below my bridge, i usually have the surface at 500 or 1000 + polish
sometimes i use the clean n sheen polish instead of FF polish
the ball is very even and continuous IMO

Really looking at getting this ball, more so for flatter patterns. Thanks for your input.
