Was curious if you can use serial #'s to find out how old a ball is.
I have my dads first bowling ball I started to use as a spare ball. it says. . .

Its completely black and has to be a rubber ball. eachtime you pull your thumb out it it smells like a pencil eraser being rubbed against something.

Anyway I can find out how old it really is?
