ACTION PACK
« on: November 21, 2006, 04:58:53 PM »
I've been thinking of getting an ACTION PACK and have it drilled to snap. What do you guys think? I currently have the EPX stacked, ACTION ATTACK stacked, ACTION finger weight, UTURN finger and top.  I wanted to get another line of the action and have it drilled different. I jsut recently got the ACTION ATTACK so.

Also my UTURN thinking of redrilling it for light - dry lanes. maybe zero all way around like a spare ball but have a strong cover stock. Just curious been thinkin about it today. Thanks

Well, nowadays with 2 piece core technology, static weights have little, if anything, to do with ball reaction, It is more the locations of the pin  and cg or pin and mass bias (depending on the ball) in reference to your PAP.  The action packed would be a terrific choice for the skid/snap ball reaction, just make sure you keep it as close to factory finish as possible.  4 1/2" by 4" would be a great layout for that ball and desired ball reaction.

Many are comparing the action attack and the action packed as being fairly close.

I personally think that the Action Packed is not as strong as the Action Packed.  Them both drilled stacked with the OOB coverstock and I can definetly tell that the Attack is alot more aggressive than the Packed
