Husband's Birthday
« on: January 20, 2004, 03:19:28 AM »
My husband loves to bowl. I would like to purchase a bowling ball as a gift for his birthday but there are so many that I am unsure what to get. Can someone recommened one? His average is about 150. The balls are really expensive...Are there any lower cost options? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you-

See if you can work something out with the local pro shop guy first.Exspecialy if he knows your husbands game.

There are expensive choices and not expensive around 220 to 100 dollars drilled.I would buy something in the low to mid price range depending on what he is currently using.

Have you thought about buying him lessons. That could be better than a new ball.

He actually borrows one from a friend when he goes to play- which is why I thought it might be nice for him to have his own.
Thank you so much for the advice.
