So I recently was notified that the Freeze line is discontinued. When you go on to the Columbia website; under current releases they have the Scouts and then nothing until the Delirium line. That is a huge gap. Figured with all the new releases coming out (Rhinos, Matches, Tropicals, Jackpot, Scandal, Dark Legend), that Columbia would be buzzing with something. Even got word of a Snap Lock and Rocket Ship coming in early June. Wonder if EBI has just decided to wait until Expo at the end of June. They have been pretty quiet lately (which is not a bad thing).

It seems like all of EBI is waiting until Expo

Some awesome stuff coming!

You tease...

Look back at what EBI has been doing the past year or so
Alot of good equipment, technologies, etc
the pros get to throw any brand.
IMO, it looks like they have been successful, sales are up.
I think the lineups across the brand are much stronger, not really much if any of the recent pieces are duds (again IMO)
You will see more of the same coming, more good stuff in each of the brands.
That's as much of a tease as I can say...............

I'm just messing with ya, I totally understand. You are right they have been doing better and their sales are better. I still don't like the way they treat the main brand Ebonite, but who am I to tell them what to do. My friend and ball driller is on staff with Ebonite, so I get some tidbits every now and then. Hope they continue the momentum they have.

Do you have the Warrior Elite?
sleeper piece of the brand in IMO
Track Legion solid as well

No but I have thrown it, its a nice piece. And yes I have thrown the Track legion solid, its a great piece. I am mainly talking about how I think that Ebonite is being treated over the last few years, last choice among the brands and marketing ect. The Warriors are good pieces, GB's speak for their self. I think that there lines needs to be revamped some, Hammer and Track have the edge with C300 having a couple of nice choices but they need some help also.

50 game ball death is what I'm seeing. I am teammates with 3 EBI staff members and they have to drill up balls monthly to keep their reaction. Has anyone else noticed this as well? Besides for Dave the EBI spokesman.

No I have not, and neither has the EBI staffers I know. I have over 100 games on a GB2 and a Hammer Red Legend solid and still same reaction. The staffers I know have a lot of games on multiple balls and same thing have not lost any reaction.

I haven't noticed it with the Warrior I have. I have 7-8+ year old Blue Vibe that I still throw from time to time. I had a Cold Blood that I never saw a major loss in reaction

GB2 and the Legion Solid are the 2 main ones that have died out for them. Maybe it's maintenance. I haven't asked if they clean them. Just just shell out a few Jackson's and drill another.

Yeah would be interesting to know, I had a legion solid had over 60 games on it and gave it to a JR bowler he still uses it with no issues.

I've got a Track Lx05 and Mx05 that have over 100 games on them and I don't see any loss in their reactions. Also have an Ebonite Warrior Elite with about 50-60 games and also no loss. I do clean them after every session.

Storm is quantity over quality :P
Looking forward to that expo, had no idea it happened at the end of june. I knew they had an expo, but not when.
I'm hoping Hammer comes with a few more balls with the carbon fiber coverstocks.
My C300 Swerve is getting brun marks so damn fast, while the Scandal isn't.

I have seen no loss of reaction in any of my stuff.

So I just saw that Columbia is coming out with the Nitrous in the low-mid performance catagory due out end of May.
