Happy to see someone post a normal person video.  Everyone always posts strikes, and only strikes.

I was actually gonna lay one out that same way.  I might not after seeing the video though

Dont not drill it, in fact hold out until i find something that works. Use me as your experiment and ill find a way to get it to work, so that IF you still want this drilling ill be able to help you out with what to do to the cover and stuff.

To all, i added a weight hole to add top weight and get the ball farther down lane and store more energy so ill prob have a video on the same shop up saturday or a video on a wooden shot friday night.

Sixcranker is asking probably cause he thinks the bowling center is near him. I have a bowling center that i bowl at on friday nights called Sheridan lanes in Kenosha Wisconsin. Lots of places called Sheridan Lanes, doesnt help that a main road that runs infront of the bowling center and connects the 2 towns is called Sheridan Road either. lol

As for that drilling, pin left of middle finger and CG 1" right of center of palm, I had a ball similar to that. I found it to be very over/under. Had to be extremely consistant with your line and speed. Any error in your release or line and its going to either wash out or high nose. I used a Storm Flash Point for that similar layout and thats what I saw, the way you threw the ball and how it reacted gave me an erie feeling of my storm.

Im not quick to jump into plugging. Its not that the ball WONT work, just it dosnt work rite now. Im still fiddling with coverstocks and weight holes so this vid was just to show what my problem with the ball is. After i fiddle all around...if it aint working ill sell or plug.

i'd probably plug that too b/c the drilling isn't utlizing the strengths of the ball, it's not letting the ball get the energy stored to react w/strength.  It might move, but it doesn't do it w/authority. drill it up correctly, it will not disappoint.

I have mine pin high over ring and cg stacked at 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 after going to 1000 this ball is as just under the action now for me that i had owned. In box the cover was too over/under and that might be most of your problem, i do think you drilling is about 1 to 1 1/2 to weak. Length is built into this cover when polished up, in my case it is now pretty early and i will be hitting it with rough buff too give an extra couple of feet of length. I bowl on heavier mediums with the thickest kegel oil made, so box the ball went 55 feet revving and revving never reading the lane. I would sell this ball to a lefty and go get a backyard bully on closeout for well under 100 being you are a pro shop guy.

My backyard's even though same cover recover better on the backends than the action packed does for me. I think mallet core is better at flipping over than the core in the AP, the trick to byb is keeeping pin at finger level or higher. The cores are far more dense than advertised and the rg is lower so pin under drillings hit like wet noodles because the ball is dead at the pins.

why did you laid out your ball that way?  Made the ball look real bad.  Do you work in the shop?

The back drops at my sheridan lanes is kinda spacey futuristic looking. Lanes are also AMF with the 37' and 40' dark markings on the lane. Those lanes in the video look like the newer AMF lanes being used in most new places.

I didn't see the the main issue of the drill pattern. It would be what i would have expected by a lower pin position negative drill. I have thrown two balls, a Columbia Arc and a Rhino LE with drills like this they are a soft arc. They worked alright on some shorter to medium sport patterns. If you wanted more length and snap why not pin over the middle finger  cg more positive. If you still hate it after a while message me I have a lefty who might be interested. As stated by others I probably wouldn't have picked this ball to drill the guts out of.
