What about the Cudas?

Original Cuda/C had Flexcel G2.

Quake had Flexcel G4.

Tremor had Hyper-Therm.

The replacement for the Cuda/Cs, the Super-Cuda/Cs, used Super-Flex, as did the Boss series. Not sure which ball was actually the FIRST.

Nope.  SuperCudas were approved 8/96; Super Beast 3/97, AfterShock - 3/96.

I think whoever said the Afetrshock was right.

Ah, the SuperCuda was may favorite ball of all time.  Shot my highest, 799 with that ball one night.  I must have wore that ball out man.  I'd give anything to find one NIB.  Was it actually called "Super Cuda/C"  The retired ball section of the Columbia website has nothing on that ball or the original Cuda's to be exact. All they have is the crappy Cuda/C 2000 and Cuda 2000.  It said that the Aftershock had Superflex on it.  Those were awesome balls too.  Had 3 of them, 2 pearls and a solid.  The pearls were my go to ball back in the late '90s.  Good times, Good times.

Cudas used a version of Flexcel.
Super-Cudas used Super-Flex:
