Resurgence
« on: December 16, 2007, 11:29:32 PM »
Hi my friend is thinking of trying out the Resurgence but he is worry about the durability of the coverstock. He can only get one new ball every year so he hopes that the Resurgence will at least for the year 2008. ..Is it better than those new Ebonite balls ? Any comments are welcome....Btw, he is a person who always maintain his balls after every practice and league. Thank you very much....

I have 100 or so games on mine and its just as good as the day I bought it. I clean mine after each 3 game set with Ebonite Powerhouse cleaner and I beleive this is the key to how long your ball will last..

are you saying that you use something that cost more then alcohol, or 409, or 307, 602 on your Expensive bowling ball????

oh i see,  and you claim to clean it right after each set????

i guess your not a drinker,  who usually after bowling, throws the ball in his bag and runs to the bar!!!!!

no wonder you coverstocks still work!!!

Well, I have about 150 games on mine. I've only wipe the ball before, during, and after my games. I haven't used any type of cleaner on it since. Still getting the same reaction on it.

exactly the point.  you take the time to clean your ball, using a quality ball cleaner.  and that is probably why your coverstock still performs.
