Spare Troubles? The C300 Blue Dot is coming back! (4/15/21)

The harder polyester cover formulation (more than the White Dots) will be returning on 4/15/21. Sporting an undated side logo and still in it's distinctive Silver color, the Blue Dot is the straightest choice available in polyesters. Also changed is the core, which is the Bullet core and is available in 12-16lbs.

Will the finger and thumb holes still chip out and crack? Some of them looked awesome, but never had one that didn't end up with the cracks around the finger/thumb holes.

Probably.

Wish C300 would remake U-Dots as spare balls instead.

They bringing back Blue Dots, only a matter of time before Roto Grip brings back the 'Grenade' remake thanks to Anthony Simonsen. Already seen a few on Facebook for $200+

The thought did cross my mind regarding the cracking from the past. There are precautions. Drilling slower and make sure the bits are sharp. After drilling, add a touch more bevel from the sander but not so much to make the holes bigger. Another caution would be while using inserts, glue further down below where the surface and outer core meet.
