U Turn
« on: October 24, 2005, 04:02:06 PM »
I need a ball for short oil, e=where they only oil the lane half way. Will this ball be a good a good one. I am a stroker with medium speed. I stand on the 15 and throw to the 8 and get a nice curve into the pocket. I want a ball to have a little more flip in the back end.

if what your saying is true that they only oil the lane half way or 30 feet then the U-turn will be WAY to strong for you.  Unless you have like mega ball speed.  Judging from your current equipment mainly the Groove Urethane, You probably won't be able to control the U-turn at all.  I would suggest something much milder.  Maybe a Wild, Super Trooper or maybe even a Panic.  Hope this helps.

I haven't used the Groove Urethane in over a year. I use the bonanza 300. I do great in medium or heavy oil with it. I want the U Turn for light to medium oil.
