What is the difference between a Yellow Dot Bleeder and a Yellow Dot? Would it work as a spare ball?

Below is a video of me throwing my "Bleeder."

My release specs are:
-Full Roller
-Zero tilt
-110 rpms
-90 degree axis rotation
-Slow Ball Speed (12-13 mph off my hand)
