Title: What vintage series is this trefoil dot?

Does anyone know what this series is called? There's a three lobed knot like a trefoil in the dot.

If you know anything else about the ball, like composition, core, or general quality, please share  :)

I want to say White Dot, circa 1994. Plastic pancake weight block.
