Messenger Ti Light Weight... what is all the hype?

I mean, this is a 12lb ball... and everybody is going crazy over it... WHY???

Am I missing something? Is this ball really that good? There's a guy in one of my leagues who is actually carrying the highest average ever in our association which is 256. He raves about how this ball carries!

SERIOUSLY!

He says that the great thing about this ball and why so many people love it is because of it's weight! Since it doesn't weigh that much, you can actually hit the 6-10 pocket and the ball will actually deflect to the left and make it's way across and hit each pin with the ball itself. I've actually seen this phenomenon in person.

I've got me one ordered from BuddiesProShop right now and should be here soon.

Will let you know how it goes when I get it drilled!

finally got my 10lber yesterday, dont know how I'm gonna drill it though, it has a 6" pin and 8oz. of top weight. I'll drill the holes almost through the ball to try to tame this hook monster. Will update this weekend after leagues...
