Columbia 300 Customer Service TOP NOTCH!!

I just wanted to write and brag about the Customer service I received from Coulmbia 300 and Joe Joswick-JJBOWL.  I had an EPX that cracked, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out.

It definately was not expected, but it's definately appreciated!

I, too, must sing the praises of the fine folks from San Antonio.  After a fair amount of time had elapsed from an exisiting product quality issue for one of their recent additions to the high-performance line of bowling equipment, Mr. Joe Joswick and Mr. Chad Murphy from Columbia300 went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my concerns were addressed in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.  I look forward to giving Columbia300 every chance to earn my business in the coming years with the assurance that they've got some great folks empowered to keep their customers as satisfied as they can.
