During the forum upgrade I lost all my info, this was never even brought to my attention of the upgrade. Now I emailed BR at least 3 times trying to get my old name back with my old info and NO response.

Why even have the Help section and email if no one responds?

Aharvey2000, check out this post and perhaps make a request there, since the upgrade this is the topic that is supposed to be the one that is being monitored for fixes:
