Is there an easy way to find our own old posts especially for sale stuff..

Did you try this:

Log in, then click on Profile, move the cursor over to Profile Info, move the cursor on the drop down menu to Show Posts, then slide the cursor over to the selection you want (probably either Messages or Topics) and click on that.
