May I also suggest automatically banning any user id that begins "wicked?"

I don't understand why everyone's getting so bent outta shape over this guy; he's just a little turd, ignore him.

Put him on your Ignore List, and let's get on with it.  Posting messages about him only fans the flames, yes?

The problem with ignore is the fact that he changes user names pretty much every week.  My ignore list has 4 different incarnations of wicked.  By the time you've ignored one, a new one comes up and posts something completely stupid/offensive.

I'm with L4L95 - ban the IP's he's used to access the site.  Completely lock him out.

Just wanted to bring this back to the top for the Webmaster to read. You should have a way to ban all the IP's he's ever registered or posted from and put an end to the insanity.
