There was a time I could block users who were a nuisance on the site, which allowed me to better enjoy the experience of being here.
Now, I was going to block someone, only to find the directions on how to do it, but NOT find the button to do it with.
PLEASE bring back the ignore button and ignore feature. PLEASE?

Jugg--I also had to figure out how to ignore someone.
Here's how you do it. Go to profile>account settings>modify profile>Buddies/Ignore List......add user you wish to ignore.
Works fine.

I can think of one user who has become a big nuisance on this site....and it rhymes with list...

I agree. When you are a keyboard bully and call out one of the most respected members on this site, then it is time to block you. Thank you for sharing on how to block users.

I can think of one user who has become a big nuisance on this site....and it rhymes with list...
+1,342. I blocked him too. That makes maybe 5 or 6 of us that did the same over the past few days.

Thanks for clarifying how to block someone. He is now on my ignore list as well.

Well it looks like the moderators took care of the nuisance. I don't see any of his posts and his/her user name is now missing from my ignore list. Finally we all can log into our account's and not have to see 10 posts asking why the Modern Marvel isn't a strong ball or something. haha!

That is good news. Finally, we can get back to doing what we all do best on here.

The ignore feature on here is tedious to use... The help section doesn't even have the updated procedure for blocking users.
I don't even care for how the site currently "ignores" users. If I ignore someone I don't want to even know they posted. At the moment all that occurs is the post is censored.
That means with the most current issue, numerous posts I didn't want to see were still in the "Latest Forum Posts"

Just so you know he registered on here about a year ago as TidalKnight if he remembers
They banned him over on bowlingboards and he kept registering under different names and proxys.
He's also here, if you want to avoid him.

I noticed a repeat of one of his topics from here on the bowlingchat forum and it really didn't get too far. No idea if he ended up banned there but he just seems to thrive off the attention and has no intention of listening to any of the advice.
