Ball Damage Question
« on: October 26, 2021, 09:44:07 PM »
So my Phaze II got gashed unfortunately on the track.  Took the ball to the counter and they said they’ll have the pro shop fix.  Got the ball back and it look fine, but then noticed it rolling and the thump sound like I’m clipping the thumb hole.  I track far enough away from the thumb hole for that to be possible.

Upon further inspection there is a slight flat spot where the gashes were.  Is there any way to fix the flat spot issue?

I would get the pro shop guy that "fixed" your ball and have him go on to the lanes with you so he can see as well so there is a second set of eyes witnessing what you are saying.  Then maybe he can go with you to the front counter and tell them they need to replace the ball.
