what reaction
« on: January 16, 2006, 01:04:46 PM »
would you expect if you sanded a solid reactive in lets say 400g.and then waxed it with car wax?would it hook early then die out or skid more with more bite in carry down?the reason I ask is try bowling where all the oil is in the last ten ft. of the lane.

I know it would clog the pores up,thats the whole idea.I would use a junk ball to try it but it probably would'nt work anyways.I tried lofting my xxxl down the lane but as soon as that sucker touched it turned left.all forward roll usualy results in washouts or ten pins if you're lucky.I also see pins constantly sliding upright on pocket hits.

Why don't you just get a urethane ball?  That's what you'll have after using car wax.  --  JohnP

What's finesse?

Many guys around our area on our extreme wet dry take strong reactives and apply wax from those old machines in the centers.  They are trying to tame their balls down to be almost like urethane on the back with the strong cores of today!

It seems to work! in our area.
