Title: Cost of resurfacing at your local proshop?
Post by: 1MechEng on May 15, 2008, 04:26:26 AM
Just like the title of the post says:
How much to have a ball resurfaced to a different grit or polished up (not in a Lustre King! ) at your local pro-shop?
Just curious what the going rate is for this surface.
Thanks in advance for your input.

for surface adjustments, its about $10.  Unless you bought the ball there and you are a good customer, then its usually free.  If your talking about the Haus reserfacing its about $30 or so.

Surface change / cleaning on the spinner = $4
Full resurface on the Haus Machine = $20-$30, depending on ball condition.

Surface changes are included with a purchase, or $3 for a ball brought it.  A full resurface (sand down to remove track/nicks/etc) and restore to desired grit runs $25.  Combine it with a rejuvenation for $40.

^^^^^^^

I run a resurface and revive special for $40.00. I use a Cook's Sphere Machine and the Innovative Revivor Oven. Very popular package that works!

The last time I had it done it cost me 40 bucks for a resurface job. Not no more though. Love my Vertex
