Title: Do you resurface BEFORE or AFTER the Hook Again?

Simple question.

I've got some dead and tracked up Particle balls that I'm wanting to bring back to life and I just bought the Home Treatment Kit of the Hook Again.

So do you use the Hook Again BEFORE or AFTER you resurface a ball?

Does it matter which one you do first?


Would like to hear from some people that have had some REAL success with it and see what their "process" was.

If you want to use the system, you would use the hook again first and then resurface it.  I had it done and noticed minimal difference in my reactive ball, but had much better success baking it. Good luck.
