Title: Hand layering multiple grits using all 6 sides of a ball
Post by: 4for7 on November 13, 2020, 02:08:25 PM
I am familiar with doing the circular motion all over the ball and know I could just do that with each grit layer. But I want to make sure to get all 6 sides for a smoother control than skip a grit.
I do know how to position the ball properly for each side and I do not want to use skip a grit. Just want to layer 500, 1000, 2000, maybe 3000 maybe will just use Trizact 5000 instead of the 3000.
I normally do side 1 then 2 with the track. 3 and 4 across the track and 5 and 6 with the track again.
My question is do I do successive layers on one side at a time with each grit or do all 6 sides with a grit and then do the remaining sides in succession?
Thanks for any insight. 4for7

All sides with each grit, then repeat with next grit.
