I purchased a 1/2 hp Innovative personal ball spinner in February of this year. I have done about maybe 20 balls or so since then and have been really loving this spinner. I have a nice little set up in my garage, keeping the spinner in Plastic tub and it sits on a mini fridge that is not being used. All the polish, cleaners, pads, towels etc are kept in the fridge (it's not plugged in).
Getting to my point.. about a month ago, I been noticing that the motor started making an unusual noise, like a grinding sound. I contacted John from Innovative by email and he immediately emailed me back. He requested for a video, which I provided. The next thing I knew I was contacted by Sarah and she notified me that they will be sending a brand new spinner! 5 days later, BAM! THE SPINNER IS HERE! I don't even have to send back the original one either!

I have bought a lot of stuff from Innovative over the years (press, revivor, and spinner), and they have been fantastic. John is a true professional who imparts priceless knowledge and valuable information to his customers. I can't recommend them enough. Enjoy your spinner. :)

John takes customer service very seriously. His products are 2nd to none and his polishes and compounds are awesome as well. I especially like the compound.
