IEQ,
Thanks for taking the time to call Neo-Tac. I appreciate it. I honestly do. As I have already explained, I couldn't call them because I have a hearing handicap and cannot talk on the phone. Other wise I would have called them at the beginning of all of this conversation and saved all of us a lot of time and typing. As I have previously said, I don't really care one way or the other as I don't use the stuff and don't intend to use it.
In regards to your quote:

Brickguy,
Urethane is still a plastic. Resin balls are based off urethane balls and are still "plastic", actually they are a much more complex polymer, but still a plastic. Same with particle balls, as they are resin's with some particles.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Plastic is plastic and Urethane is a form of plastic. No one argued that the Hook-It could be safely used on these balls. As for resisin's and particle balls, I can't debate with you whether they are a plastic or not a plastic as I simply don't know. I do know however and you do to, that since Hook-It eats plastic and vinyl, how can a person use this Hook-It on these balls with out harming them?
....There are no cautions on the bottle that says that it will eat the balls.
MTFD24 in his latest post has said almost exactly the same thing that Mr. Buzzsaw UK has said in terms of cleaning the ball, putting the Hook-It on, surprised at how much more dirt and oil still comes out of the ball, and etc. The only difference is that MTFD 24 has said that he wouldn't leave it on too long, (he didn't say to get it off immediately) whereas I have repeated over and over again here about leaving it on overnight, that I said "I 'THINK' MR. BUZZSAW UK SAID OVERNITE." I never said that is exactly what he said, I said "I THINK."......so to define and interpet what I said, that means maybe so, maybe not.
IEQ, we all look forward to the reports from Neo-Tac. Hopefully, if that Hook-It eats balls if left on too long, they better put this on the labels of their bottles or else they could end up buying a lot of bowling balls (thousands) as there is nothing on the bottle label that cautions about the length of time it can be left on the ball.

My Golden Nugget Buzzsaw will be here Jan 5th.
