Someone told me to use a scotch brite on my bowling ball. Where do i get it from?

Get from Wild Octopus Bowling.comThey have the sizes you need and are the cheapest I have found.

A good hardware or auto parts store will usually have a variety of Scotch Brite pads available.  I found the green, gray and white ones at an auto parts store.
