Surface Change

Question here Storms website suggests extra step 1&2 for surface change. Does anyone know what other products if any would be close to those.

I don't know what would be close to step #1. That is some thick, gritty stuff.
However, I have found that Brunswick's Rough Buff and Storm's Step #2 are very close.
