Take a little off

I have a DV8 Grudge Pearl that is 500-1000- Brunswick Crown factory polish.Would like to take a little hook off of it. I could add extender polish or go 500-1000-2000 -polish.

Even if you go 500-1000-2000-polish, you will still end up with a polished ball , the result would be the same.
If it is still polished, try using a 3000 pad and start with light pressure.

Polishing more if you want less hook. Or step the surface from 3000 to 4000 and then add polish.

If you want the ball to read earlier, this burning off energy in the the front and midlane and booking less in the backend, take polish off, a little at a time with an abralon pad and ad surface until you see the reaction you are looking for.
