Title: whats the best product or method to bring kinetic back to life

I have a kinetic and I would like to bring it back to how it was when purchased.How would I do that? And what product should I use?

hot water bath if the oil is an issue... if it is bringin it to OOB? I have no plan....

Take the ball down to 500grit abralon and give it hot water bath treatment till all the oil is out. Then take the ball up to first 1000grit and then 2000grit. Then apply Powerhouse Factory Finish and your back to factory OOB.

Thanks guys for the info. I tried the hot water bath on my beloved v2 sanded and as I was dryimg it off I realized that I had cracked the ball. having read the hot water bath instructions I now realize my water was a tad to hot. read a thread about a product by valentino called ressurection resurfacing how does this stuff work?

thanks brickguy is that stuff pretty easy to use? I have a old single speed ball spinner or can I do it by hand?
