I did not want to hijack the original thread that posted this article, but while reading through it I noticed the 250° layout, which sounds appealing. I can imagine ahead of time all of the off-topic discussion this could generate and alternative ways to accomplish a skid snap reaction (which does not currently exist in my arsenal). However, I would like to strictly focus on the characteristics of this specific layout, particularly when I noticed that the CG is above the fingers, which is something I've never seen or tried.
For those who have actually tried this layout, can you confirm or elaborate on its characteristics relative to early or late breakpoint or any other information you can share about what this layout does differently.
All constructive comments appreciated.
Thanks in advance

NOTE, in creating this article they used 1 ball to illustrate all 3 drillings!
They went on to specify in this drilling that the cg is to be no more than 2 inches away from the pin! Thus no weighthole they say.
I believe this ball will end up with the cg near the fingers and slightly deeper fingerholes drilled for most 2 to 3 ounce top weight balls!

Anything over 90 degrees, ever, is blasphemous. Anything over, someone doesn't know what they are talking about or they are using angles off of Negative Axis Point..

The 320* layout rolls really good and I like that kind of ball in my ball at all times!!

^^ The 0* layout tends to go pretty straight for spares for me.. :) the 0* X 6.375" X 0* layout!

Kenny,
Did you see and really look at the diagrams at the site referenced? Do you still disbelieve the angle quotes?
