Storm XXX Extreme Drilling
« on: January 12, 2005, 11:56:39 AM »
I am wanting to get a a XXX extreme drilled but do not know what layout is right for me.  I carry a 184 avg. I am not a high rev bowler and have a problem with my wrist breaking down, so I wear a Pro Release to get more lift and hook.  Since I don't know a lot about the technical side of ball drilling can anyone help.  I want a drilling that will give me a lot of backend power.

I am almost identical to you....I have low revs, I have problems with wrist breaking down, I wear a Moro Extended Pro Release, etc......I had an Extreme prior to dropping from 15# to 14# and I loved it. I am not qualified to give advice like some of the knowledgable people in ball drilling on this site are, but I can tell you how mine was drilled. It had a 2 3/4" Pin and drilled with Pin under RF and RAD in what Storm shows as the strong position on their drilling instructions. For me and my style, the drilling was perfect. I am currently in the process of dropping from 15# down to 14# and if I should buy another Extreme, I will drill it exactly the same.
