Anyone else with quircky superstitions??
« on: January 27, 2007, 04:00:34 PM »
I know that bowlers are supersticiuos sorts and was wondering what your superstitions are.  I know that when I get a string of strikes going I will always wipe my ball with only one side of my towel, or always touch my glasses the same way walking up to the approach to name a few.  What do you that is supersticious???

Hmmmmm i'm not real conscious of my little quirks, I use my rosin bag and usually get a little air from the hand dryer on the ball return before each shot.  I don't think I change anything or make sure to do any particular thing when I am bowling good.  I know some people if they have a big string going will not go to the bathroom or snackbar.

I bowled in a city tournament yesterday, they had my first name spelled wrong on the scorer. I asked the captain on the team to change it and he said it was right on the score sheet. I said I have this thing about my name, he changed it and the first ball I throw the big 5 split.

Not sure why this is in the drilling and layout area?

sorry, that's my fault, I accidently posted this in the wrong forum and I can't figure out how to swap it to another venue.
