In need of some direction related to a drilling for a back up bowler. shoots from left side. Women, right handed, 15 lbs, not a lot of side roll. What would be best options for drilling ? pin above or left of middle finger ? thoughts on pin over fingers CG in palm.
Any recommendations, bowler is looking for a little more ball reaction/movement. Last ball <No Exist Rules> she had drilled PSO placed pin right of ring finger; ball has no left to right movement and it appears to be standing up/ rolling out. I have little drilling knowledge and looking to provide some support/direction. Heading to new ball driller on Saturday to provide a fix ? Need help, thinking ball layout should look more like a lefthander's ??

The first thing I'd do is work with her a little to see if there's any chance of converting her to a regular hook. If not, then yes - the ball should be laid out like one for a leftie. Hopefully your new driller will know how to do that. -- JohnP

Where's her track? PAP? Or actually the NAP? Bcuz everything is bassakwards. Rotation is more clockwise. Question is how much?

I've been bowling back-up for a long time, with decent success. I can send you some pics of layouts I have on different equipment if that'd help. I can tell you that IIRC my PAP is actually 0 up or down...which I found kinda odd, but then again; I am a back-up bowler LOL. Just message me if ya got any questions, as I'm the night manager at my alley, so could get my layouts/measurements relatively fast.

PS...the layout should almost definitely resemble a LH layout, though would have to see her bowl first. As for equipment, I throw aBrunswick Forest Quantum, Brunswick Siege Defender (overseas release), and Storm Alpha Crux that all give me great motion when there is some oil out there...

Thank you. She is going back to the driller she used 15 years ago. I hope we can get this right.
