Title: controlling a particle
Post by: A_P_K on June 11, 2003, 05:57:04 PM
I'm basically looking for a drill pattern that will give me decent length and a nice strong hard backend arc.  I have an Inferno that is currently drilled 4 1/4" x 4 1/2" which is absolutely great.  I don't have any luck with particle balls currently, but would like any opinions on similar patterns for say......a Super Carbide, or light loads like the AZO Blue Fire.  Thanks....

Being a good bowler isn't about using one ball on any condition, but using any ball on any condition.

dd,
depending on the condition I would look for the mass bias to be in the strong position, or just right of the thumb hole (righty).

Decent lenght, but still strong......4.5" pin sounds right....  OR,....

go with label.......4x5, or 4.5x5.5
