Any idea what shops are charging in your home areas for this service? No one in my home area does them.

I had some made approx 3 years ago @ $10 each after the mold was made. I'm thinking the mold was $15 but don't recall for sure it was that much.
-
Buddies does them I think for $25 for the mold then $13 for each slug
-
I did them for a while. I think the mold was $20-25, then $15 for the copies. I stopped using them because the dye added seemed to make them a little soft. They didn't seem to hold up as well and even when aiming for black they always turned out gray. My pro shop was familiar with them, but did them pretty infrequent. Maybe he wasn't the best at them?

$10 for copies
$20 for mold (if I remember)
Done by one of the gentlemen on here.....
But now, I went back to traditional ones...

Thanks for the input!

I had a couple done, but this was about 4 years ago, so I don't remember the prices. I could not use these and my thumb would always hang up. I think the ball was turning a little in the thumb hole and would lock my thumb. Almost did the Machuga Flop a few times so I don't use it anymore. I do like using the Tiered Taping technique (Coach Slowinski has an instructional video) and have it in a Switch Grip.

Better yet than the Joe Slowinski tiered taping method, (for me anyhow) the Joe Slowinski ADT Grip ... loving mine and enjoying bowling once again. ;D

I was looking into the ADT grip, but I don't think any of the drillers around my part of the woods know about it yet. If they do pick up on it, I may give it a try.

It may not be for everyone, but it has saved the day for me though. I haven't had a single thumb problem of any kind since switching to that grip plus it increased my revs of which I needed badly.
